Ham Cheese Spinach Puff Pastry

A flaky, golden puff pastry stuffed with melty cheese, savory ham, and bright spinach — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or appetizers.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese or ricotta cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed, usually 2 sheets)
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Mix diced ham, chopped spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold over the pastry to create triangles or rectangles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overfill the pastry. Keep pastry cold until ready to bake for best results. Assemble and freeze for later use.
