- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (whole or dairy-free)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate briefly if needed.
- Add the cooled coffee to a blender.
- Scoop in 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and pour 1 cup of milk over the ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
- Secure the lid. Blend on high until smooth and frothy, about 20–30 seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle chocolate syrup if you like.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker frappuccino, reduce the milk or add extra ice cream scoops. Use a high-speed blender for best results.
