Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk the cottage cheese to break up the curds and create a smoother base.
- Stir the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the cottage cheese until evenly mixed.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
- Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Flatten each mound gently into a thin, chip-like circle.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges and tops are golden and crisp.
- Cool completely on the tray to finish crisping.
- Transfer cooled chips to a wire rack and serve with a low-carb dip.
