Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter that coats a skewer easily.
- Insert skewers into the hot dogs or sausages, then dip each into the batter to fully coat.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to medium-high and fry the battered sausages until golden brown, turning as needed.
- Place cooked corn sausages on paper towels or a rack to drain briefly.
- Place on a serving plate and drizzle with sweet and savory sauce, then sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
