- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface to prepare for filling.
- Assemble the Wraps: Divide the spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and chicken mixture among the tortillas.
- Add Feta: Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the fillings.
- Roll the Tortillas: Roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is secured inside, and then slice each wrap in half.
- Serve the wraps: Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for later consumption.
Notes
Always use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor. Consider leaving out the tomatoes until ready to serve to prevent sogginess.
