Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and lavender, mixing until combined.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them on baking sheets.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball using your thumb.
- Fill each indentation with a small amount of lemon curd.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack and serve.
Notes
Use pure vanilla extract for a more robust flavor. Adjust the amount of lavender to taste.
