  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon zest, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed graham crackers until well blended.
  2. Mix until the crumbs are moistened and hold together.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Heat in short bursts to avoid scorching and stir between intervals.
  5. Mix the melted white chocolate into the lemon mixture until evenly incorporated and smooth.
  6. Fold gently until the mixture is uniform and glossy.
  7. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  8. Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon for even sizing.
  9. Dust the truffles with powdered sugar to coat evenly.
  10. Toss or sift powdered sugar over each truffle for a pretty finish.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
  12. Chill to firm up the truffles and keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
