- Mix the melted white chocolate into the lemon mixture until evenly incorporated and smooth.
- Fold gently until the mixture is uniform and glossy.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon for even sizing.
- Dust the truffles with powdered sugar to coat evenly.
- Toss or sift powdered sugar over each truffle for a pretty finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
