Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour it over the beef.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the beef in the skillet, tossing until evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
