Ingredients
Scale
- 2/3 cup Avocado oil (Chosen Foods recommended for a neutral flavor)
- 3 tbsp Ketchup (Heinz for the best balance of sweetness)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 5 oz Fresh spinach (Washed and dried)
- 5 slices Bacon (Cooked until crispy and crumbled)
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs (Sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
- 3/4 cup Radishes (Thinly sliced into 1/8-inch rounds)
- 1/2 cup Scallion (Sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: Combine the avocado oil, ketchup, cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove it from the pan, drain on a paper towel, and crumble it into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Boil the Eggs: Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit covered for 12 minutes.
- Slice the Radishes: While the eggs cool, slice the radishes thinly into 1/8-inch rounds for an added crunch.
- Prepare the Spinach: Wash and dry the spinach leaves thoroughly, ensuring no excess water remains.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the spinach, crispy bacon, sliced radishes, scallions, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Serve: Transfer the salad to serving plates or a large platter, and enjoy immediately for optimal freshness.
Notes
