No-Bake Lemon Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 package cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by combining cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  3. Make the lemon pudding by whisking together lemon pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  4. Add the topping by placing whipped topping on top and sprinkling lemon zest.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving. Enjoy your refreshing lemon dessert!
