- 1 package cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Make the crust by combining cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Make the lemon pudding by whisking together lemon pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Add the topping by placing whipped topping on top and sprinkling lemon zest.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving. Enjoy your refreshing lemon dessert!
