Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish, as desired
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine diced chicken, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
- Add the rotini pasta and cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For optimal creaminess, ensure your cheese is at room temperature before adding. Stir the pasta often while cooking to prevent sticking.
