  • Total Time: 250 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Scale
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • Zest of 2 Oranges

Instructions

  1. Mix together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add in the fresh orange juice and the zest from the 2 oranges until well combined.
  3. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for a smoother texture. Don’t over-churn the ice cream to avoid a grainy texture.
