Orange Creamsicle Truffles

Creamy, no-bake candies with the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicle, perfect for gifting and parties.

  • Total Time: 60 minutes
  • Yield: 24 truffles 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped or in chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate by placing it in a mixing bowl over simmering water or microwave in bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Mix the orange cream by whisking heavy cream, orange juice, and orange zest in another bowl until fragrant.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate into the cream mixture and stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Add powdered sugar gradually, folding until thick enough to hold shape but still scoopable.
  5. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes until firm enough to handle.
  6. Shape into small balls by scooping portions and rolling them between hands.
  7. Coat each ball in shredded coconut, pressing gently to stick.
  8. Final chill the truffles on a tray in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best results. Adjust powdered sugar if mixture is too soft. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
