- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced peaches, raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For best results, use ripe but firm peaches. Let fruit sit with sugar and lemon juice for extra flavor.
