- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, honey (or corn syrup), and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium until melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract after removing from heat.
- Fold in cornflakes until lightly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a waxed paper-lined tray, spacing them apart.
- Allow to cool and set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for the smoothest binding and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
