- 1 cup Pineapple juice (Fresh or canned, no added sugar preferred)
- 1 cup Coconut milk (Full-fat preferred for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup Crushed ice (Optional: use more for a frosty texture)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional, use only if desired for added sweetness)
- 2 Pineapple wedges (For garnish)
- 2 Maraschino cherries (For garnish)
Instructions
- Measure 1 cup of pineapple juice and pour it into a blender.
- Add 1 cup of coconut milk to the blender.
- Add 1/2 cup of crushed ice and 1 tablespoon of sugar if using into the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
- Pour the blended Pina Colada Mocktail into chilled glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
- Enjoy immediately and savor your refreshing tropical drink.
Notes
