Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk (Full-fat preferred for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup Crushed ice (Optional: use more for a frosty texture)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional, use only if desired for added sweetness)
  • 2 Pineapple wedges (For garnish)
  • 2 Maraschino cherries (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Measure 1 cup of pineapple juice and pour it into a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of coconut milk to the blender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of crushed ice and 1 tablespoon of sugar if using into the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the blended Pina Colada Mocktail into chilled glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
  7. Enjoy immediately and savor your refreshing tropical drink.
