Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Optional toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, or other pizza toppings)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce on the bread, then layer with mozzarella cheese and any additional toppings you like.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and grill the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet and don’t rush the cooking process for best results. Experiment with cheese varieties for different flavors.
