Raw Mango Mocktail

A bright and refreshing non-alcoholic drink bursting with the tangy flavor of raw mango, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw mango (kachcha aam), peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 23 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped raw mango, 2 cups water, 2–3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mango through a fine mesh strainer into a glass to remove pulp for a silky finish.
  4. Stir in a pinch of salt to taste to brighten and balance the flavors.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Use firm, tangy raw mango for the best flavor. Chill all ingredients for a refreshing drink.
