Instructions

- Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a deeper caramelization, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Adjust seasoning after roasting for enhanced flavor.
