Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Root beer (Choose high-quality, craft root beer for best flavor)
- 1 cup Heavy cream (Substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
- 1/4 cup Sugar (Can be adjusted based on sweetness preference)
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract (Opt for pure vanilla extract for a richer taste)
Instructions
- Mix the root beer, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Remove popsicles by running warm water over the molds for a few seconds before pulling them out.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg before freezing. Use silicone molds for easier removal.
