Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Wild-Caught Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Minced Parsley
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and red pepper flakes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat; sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just opaque. Remove shrimp and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium; add remaining oil, butter, and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice; simmer 2–3 minutes to reduce and meld flavors.
- Return shrimp to the pan, toss to coat, and finish with minced parsley. Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, deglaze the pan well after searing the shrimp and finish with a splash of fresh lemon juice.
