- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for the grill
- Sour cream or salsa for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium heat and coat with cooking oil.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
- Grill the patties for about 4-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Place a tortilla on the grill, add cheese, the grilled patty, bell peppers, and onions on top.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese melts.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden.
- Remove and cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream or salsa if desired.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the grill for the best sear and use a blend of cheeses for extra flavor.
