Sizzling Blackstone Quesadilla Burger

A crispy, cheesy mashup that combines the best of a burger and quesadilla for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for the grill
  • Sour cream or salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium heat and coat with cooking oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 4-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. Place a tortilla on the grill, add cheese, the grilled patty, bell peppers, and onions on top.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese melts.
  6. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden.
  7. Remove and cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream or salsa if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the grill for the best sear and use a blend of cheeses for extra flavor.
