  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Smoked Salmon, fresh or packaged
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, or dried dill as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small Red Onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to your pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Bake the crust until golden brown according to the dough instructions.
  4. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the baked crust.
  6. Layer the smoked salmon, sliced red onion, and capers over the cream cheese.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother spreading. Fresh smoked salmon offers better flavor compared to shelf-stable options.
