- 4 large Wraps (Whole Wheat or Spinach)
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Vegan Ranch, for drizzling
Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas to the skillet.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper over the chickpeas. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the chickpeas, stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Lay the wraps flat and distribute the buffalo chickpea mixture evenly among them.
- Top each wrap with sliced avocado, chopped romaine, red onion, and cilantro.
- Finish by drizzling vegan ranch over each wrap before rolling them up tightly.
Notes
Ensure chickpeas are well-drained to avoid excess moisture ruining the wrap texture. Adjust the spiciness of the buffalo sauce to taste.
