  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 large Wraps (Whole Wheat or Spinach)
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Ranch, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas to the skillet.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper over the chickpeas. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chickpeas, stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  4. Lay the wraps flat and distribute the buffalo chickpea mixture evenly among them.
  5. Top each wrap with sliced avocado, chopped romaine, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Finish by drizzling vegan ranch over each wrap before rolling them up tightly.

Notes

Ensure chickpeas are well-drained to avoid excess moisture ruining the wrap texture. Adjust the spiciness of the buffalo sauce to taste.
