- 2 cups Pretzel crumbs

- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 8 oz Whipped topping
- 2 cups Sliced strawberries
- 1 cup Strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups Boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust, ensuring an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Once dissolved, add sliced strawberries and let cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer, covering it completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure the pretzel crust is completely cooled before adding the cream cheese layer. Experiment with fresh fruit for enhanced flavors.
