Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 oz berry blue gelatin
- 6 oz strawberry Jello
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, whole
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold Greek yogurt
- 2 cups boiling water (divided)
- 1 cup iced water
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin for even texture.
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted unsalted butter until the crumbs hold together when pressed between fingers.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to firm it up.
- Dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until the granules have fully dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold Greek yogurt until smooth and uniform.
- Fold in fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the blue gelatin mixture over the chilled crust and refrigerate until fully set.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently to create a light filling.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the set blue gelatin.
- Chill for 15 to 20 minutes to firm the filling slightly.
- Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely clear.
- Stir in 1 cup of iced water to cool the gelatin down.
- Add sliced strawberries to the cooled gelatin and stir gently.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer and refrigerate until fully set, about 2 to 3 hours.
- Refrigerate the completed dessert until the gelatin is firm.
- Release the springform pan ring and transfer to a serving platter.
- Slice with a sharp knife dipped in hot water for neat portions.
- Serve chilled with optional toppings.
Notes
For best results, chill the individual layers between additions, and use firm, fresh fruit to avoid excess liquid.
