- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup Lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (julienned)
- 4 Large tortillas
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the heat and slice into strips.
- Add bell peppers and carrots to the same pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Add sliced chicken and sautéed veggies to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble wraps by placing a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, adding a layer of shredded lettuce, and rolling tightly.
- Serve with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Warm tortillas for better wrapping. Add chili flakes for extra spice.
