Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef (Use 80/20 for juicier burgers)
- 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (Available in most grocery stores)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh garlic can also be used)
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder (Fresh onion works well too)
- Salt and Pepper (To taste)
- 4 Burger Buns (Toasted for extra flavor)
- Lettuce and Tomato (As desired)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, sweet Thai chili sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into burger patties, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Place the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until they are lightly toasted.
- Build your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve hot.
Notes
Use quality ground beef with a higher fat content for juicier patties. Allow the patties to rest after grilling to retain juices.
