- 13.29 oz Oreos (divided; reserve some for topping)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 16 oz Cool Whip (container)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz each)
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2–3 drops green food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (for ‘grass’)
- 8–10 Peeps bunnies
- 20–26 Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- Crush about two-thirds of the Oreos into fine crumbs and set aside; reserve the remaining Oreos for chunky topping.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold half of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until light and evenly combined.
- Whisk both boxes of instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups cold milk until thickened, then fold the pudding into the remaining Cool Whip.
- Layer in a serving dish or individual cups, layer crushed Oreos, cream cheese mixture, and pudding mixture; repeat. Top with shredded coconut dyed green, Peeps, Cadbury mini eggs, and reserved Oreo pieces.
Notes
For cleaner layers, chill each layer briefly before adding the next. Best enjoyed within 24 hours for crunch.
