- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and toss them in cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot, garnished with herbs if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider oven-frying or air-frying the wings. You can marinate up to 24 hours in advance for deeper flavor.
