Instructions
- Blend the chopped watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher to remove pulp if you prefer a smooth drink.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, soaked basil seeds, mint leaves, and black salt to the pitcher.
- Mix well and adjust sweetness or salt as desired.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
Choose ripe watermelon for the sweetest juice. Soak basil seeds until they swell for the best texture.
