Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water in a pitcher; stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and stir to incorporate fully.
  3. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for 5 minutes.
  4. Whip heavy cream in the chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold a quarter of the whipped cream into the lemonade, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  6. Serve by filling glasses with ice and pouring the whipped lemonade over, garnished with lemon slices.
